Family Involvement

The success of the afterschool program depends upon good communication and mutual support between parents and program staff. You, as parents, are encouraged to ask questions or express concerns at any time. You know your child best and staff will look to you for information about your child's needs, interests, and behavior. To help staff respond sensitively and effectively to your child, it is very important that you make them aware of any changes in family life that may impact your child’s behavior or emotional state. Staff will, in turn, communicate with you regularly about the program and your child's experience at BCAP.
